A Journey of Bonding
In 1998, a small factory in Ludhiana started with just 250 kg of adhesive per day. In 2002, we made history — becoming the first company in India to introduce pouch packing in adhesives, giving birth to the Nikit's American Bond brand. By 2005, we were the undisputed #1 adhesive brand in Punjab's entire furniture industry.
American Bond Waterproof, launched in 2015, became the talk of all North India by mid-2016. In 2024 we expanded into paints. Today, in 2026, we hold 90% of the furniture-grade adhesive market across Punjab and Haryana. Our fully automated plants use only Japan and Singapore manufactured raw materials. Next milestone: a 125 MT/day facility by 2027.
