Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through Razorpay. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us passes to you upon delivery. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for complete details on the return process.
